Overview

With a comprehensive understanding of subsurface conditions, we can develop the optimum approach for the safe execution of the project. Our skilled crews are experienced in all aspects of concrete work for new installations and new plant infrastructure, and we also perform demolition and removal.

Moretrench Industrial has performed individual projects requiring over 4,000 cubic yards of concrete and up to 1,000 cubic yards in a single pour. Components of the work may include:

  • Foundation slabs
  • Vertical walls
  • Tanks and equipment containment structures
  • Turbine Foundations
  • Complex pile caps
  • Outfall and discharge structures
  • Box culverts
  • Uniform section mats (fabri-form)

Advantages

We have a strong and committed safety culture. Our site crews are trained in a comprehensive range of standard industry health and safety and site-specific protocols and ensure our high safety standards are maintained throughout every project.
Our extensive experience in a broad range of capabilities allows industrial clients to single-source many of the services they need.
Our in-house tech department offers aerial mapping, aerial video, terrestrial 3D laser scanning, and camera installations which means we can provide faster (days rather than months) alternatives to conventional surveying.

Quality assurance

We adhere to a strict QA/QC program for all concrete work executed. All work is subject to QA/QC testing, which may include, wet grab samples, slump tests, and concrete cylinder compression testing.
